Science begins at home-STEM
A few weeks ago we got an orange juice bottle cut the top off and sit an avocado seed on the top with enough water so the tip of the see is touching it.Ajani has been watching it . First it was just roots . He learned the word root ,he learned long,short,stem leaves ,grow , tall. We also discuss the things that a plant need in order to grow. We have measured the plant and wrote it down for him.He is adding words to his vocabulary and getting school literacy. He is being introduce to science . You can use another seed.
