I am in the kitchen and my grandson calls me "Na Na" come look . I went in the living room. He hold up a piece of paper "look NaNa that's my name "AJANI" pointing to each letter. I spell my name he yelled wit a big grin. :Wow you did it ,I said to him.Now you are on your way to reading . I gave him a high five. He then picked up one of his books. Spot Bakes a Cake
He began to sound out the letters in bake.I stared as he perform that task .
I reflected on the last last three years and thought how important readiness skills are .Youn children should see learning as fun.
Sharing information and advice on the most critical time... The first 2000 Days. What are some things you can look out for and some activities you can do with infants/toddlers to get them through the various developmental milestones before they get to school. Also I will share information for the caregivers from age appropriate books to setting up classrooms.
