Work ethics begins during the infant/toddler years
Your toddler likes to help and you should give him the experience. He will learn the word help and the action to help. Allowing your toddler to help builds self-esteem and self-confidence. The is a part of social emotional development when toddlers feel that they can make an impact. Praise them for being a good helper who does a great job. This is a part of school readiness feeling competent.
